Introducing Taylor Stansberry, our vibrant addition to the Sock Club family! Taylor joins us as a Customer Success representative, bringing with her a contagious enthusiasm for fostering client relationships and ensuring every step of their Sock Club journey is a delight.
She is eager to dive into the dynamic world of custom socks. She sees each interaction not just as a chance to assist, but as an opportunity to forge lasting connections and exceed expectations.
What is your background prior to Sock Club?
Taylor: Graduated UT with a degree in Social Work. I worked for a Non-Profit for 2 years helping adults with mental health diagnoses. I then transitioned into a Business Development Representative role being a Freight Broker. After that, I moved to a software company as a Sales Development Representative.
What is your favorite thing about working at Sock Club?
Taylor: Seeing the design team's creations and the collaboration between all departments!
What's it like working in your role at Sock Club for someone who wouldn't know at all?
Taylor: It is about being a problem-solver, a listening ear, and a guide, all rolled into one.
Who or what inspires you?
Taylor: My mom inspires me!
What’s the last book you read? Why/what did you learn?
Taylor: The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. It was all about personal freedom and how to better your life. It highlighted to be impeccable with words, not to take things personally, never make assumptions, and always do your best.
What’s the first concert you ever attended?
Taylor: Big and Rich
What’s the next place on your travel bucket list?
Taylor: Turks and Caicos
When people talk about the impact you make at Sock Club, what do you want them to say?
Taylor: I am willing to go the extra mile to help my team succeed. Whether it's lending a hand on a tough project or offering guidance to a colleague, I strive to make a positive impact in any way I can.
